Thanksgiving Food Drive
As we all know Thanksgiving is right around the corner and one
of the many things we all get excited about is the large portion of food we
plan on eating. Sadly, not everyone is fortunate enough to have the joys of
having a meal every day, let alone on Thanksgiving. This is why Alpha Phi
Sigma, the National Criminal Justice Honors Society, is having a canned food drive to donate food to the "So Some
Might Eat" Homeless Shelter and Soup kitchen located in Washington,
D.C. There will be a box in the Criminology Advising Office (2201 Lefrak)
on the second floor of LeFrak for all participants to drop off the canned
items that they would like to donate. Please help Alpha Phi Sigma on this
mission to try and feed as many hungry families as we can this
Thanksgiving.
Thank you for your time and participation, and have a happy holiday.
