Internship Opportunity: United States Supreme Court Police

The United States Supreme Court Police Department is currently seeking students for a police internship for the Fall 2013 semester.  If you are seeking a career in law enforcement this is a great hands on experience. You will be protecting one of the most important bodies in our government, the U.S. Supreme Court. Credit will be granted for this internship through the CCJS department after the proper paperwork has been processed. 

 Intern’s duties include but are not limited to:
  • Assist officers on the front plaza and with crowd control
  • Aid any investigations
  • Assist visitors with directions
  • Escort Justices and/or groups with reservations
  • Assist officers with screening of visitors
  • Various administrative duties
