Qualifications and requirements
In order to be eligible to be hired by the Rehoboth Beach Police Department, cadet candidates must:
- be at least 19 by June 1, 2022
- be a U.S. citizen
- be a high school graduate
- possess a valid driver's license
- have no felony or domestic violence convictions
- submit a completed application
- pass a written examination and modified background investigation.
