Case Coordinator
Location: Anne Arundel County, MD
The State’s Attorney’s Office is looking for a person with excellent time management skills to fill a case coordinator position. The successful candidate will be professional, detail oriented, and have experience with Word and Adobe.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Routine administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, scanning documents
- Prepare and file discovery
- Enter, store and retrieve data using electronic data management system
- Obtain various records and files
- Compile, assemble, and close out case files, enter data into case management system, and request necessary documents and reports
- Work closely with attorneys, advocates and other case coordinators
Required Skills;
- Experience with Adobe, Word and Google Documents
- Skill in word processing, including setting up and typing of a variety of materials including letters and reports
- Ability to learn new computer programs
- Ability to coordinate tasks and keeping track of deadlines
- Ability to express ideas clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to work in a cooperative, courteous and effective basis with representatives of public and private agencies and the public
