Are you a student who identifies as Black, Indigenous, Latinx, or a person of color? Do you wonder if your identity will impact your experience in the workforce? This workshop is designed to help you successfully navigate career readiness, potential challenges you may face, and developing the qualities to find a job or internship that fits your needs. In this session we will discuss:  

1. How to enhance your career readiness as a BIPOC student  
2. How to assess your abilities, qualities, and skills 
3. How to navigate the job search process and find organizations that align with your values
4. Tips to be successful and satisfied in your career
