The Maryland State Commission on Criminal Sentencing Policy (MSCCSP) is looking for responsible student interns to assist with various research functions including: data entry, analysis, report writing, and other duties to assist with the monitoring of Maryland’s sentencing guidelines. Interns will have an opportunity to learn about sentencing policy and practice in Maryland. Interns will work 40 hours per credit over the course of the internship. An intern must be a CCJS major, have completed a minimum of 56 credits at time of application, and have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
