On
January 22 and 23, 2012, the Baltimore Police Department is holding a
recruitment event targeting college graduates, seniors and veterans.
Due to a larger than expected increase in the number of applicants and
hires to the department, we are looking to hire substantially less
people than expected a year ago and are encouraging those who are
interested in a career in law enforcement to apply.
On
January 22, 2012, 0800 hours at 601 E. Fayette Street Baltimore, MD
(Police Headquarters Building) we are giving the Civil Service and
Physical Agility Tests. For those who pass the Civil Service and
Physical Agility Tests, on January 23, 2012, 0800 hours at 601 E.
Fayette Street Baltimore, MD (Police Headquarters Building) we will do a
document/application review and psychological testing. Typically, this
processing usually takes over a month and numerous trips to Baltimore
to complete.
