CCJS418O Seminar in Criminology and Criminal Justice; Program Evaluation in Criminal Justice

Course Description: This course covers the process and best-practice principles of assessing the impact of criminal legal system interventions and practices. This practice, known as program evaluation, involves collecting and analyzing data to understand if an intervention was implemented and worked as intended. Students in this course will learn how to develop evaluation questions and identify appropriate measures and methods to gauge program impact using applied examples.
