Alumni Association Scholarship 2023-24 is NOW LIVE

Alumni Association Scholarship Program

The Alumni Association Scholarship application is now available with an April 3 deadline. For the 2023-24 academic year, the Alumni Association is planning to award 20 scholarships of $3,500 each, totaling $70,000. Competitive applicants should be a continuing student with a 3.0 GPA or higher, show commitment to the university community through on-campus and/or off-campus involvement, and exhibit Terp pride. Applicants are evaluated on four categories - involvement and Terp pride, leadership, creativity, and academic excellence.

Eligibility requirements: 

• Applicants must have completed at least one semester at the University of Maryland, College Park at the time of application; must be enrolled full time (12+ credits for undergraduate students and 9+ credits or 48+ units for graduate students) during both the Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 semesters. • Applicants must submit a complete, online application by April 3rd, 2023 at 11:59pm EDT, which includes application, unofficial transcript, resume, and a reference letter submission to AAscholarship@umd.edu. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
