will host a networking session with Kohl’s Assets Protection division on Thursday,
October 11, 2012 at 6:30PM in Taliaferro Hall room 1101. Kohl’s is currently
recruiting for their Loss Prevention Internship Program. The Kohl’s Loss
Prevention Internship Program is designed to give students the knowledge and
experience needed to explore what an exciting career in retail Loss Prevention
management is all about. The training program is designed to give you the
experience you need in Loss Prevention to prepare you for running a successful
retail business with a focus on the protection of company assets. While
many people may not be interested in the private sector, Kohl's is a great
opportunity to kick-start your criminal justice career. Past CJSA members
have graduated and began working in retail assets protection; they have enjoyed
the job, earned excellent benefits and in many cases commanded a higher salary
than most entry level jobs including law enforcement.
