Cops Say Legalize Drugs: Ask One Why!
Retired Major Neill Franklin will give a presentation about why, as a former officer, he believes the prohibition of drugs has failed and explain why he advocates for a system of legalization and control. To support his position he draws evidence from current studies, recent events, and his personal experience of being a Narcotics Agent for the Maryland State Police. Major Franklin is a 34-year police veteran from Baltimore, Maryland, and is now the Executive Director of Law Enforcement Against Prohibition (LEAP).
