This position is located in the Management Directorate, Office of Security and Integrity, Enterprise Risk Management Division.
As an Operations Research Analyst, you will perform data analyses in support the Office of Security and Integrity's mission activities and objectives, which promotes the identification, tracking, and treatment of agency risks.
Duties
The responsibilities described are for the GS-13 level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope performed with less independence, and limited complexity.
The incumbent performs research, formulates, analyzes, and produces advanced analytical work products in support of USCIS and OSI operations.
Maintains data in a consistent format, catalogs all internal processes, and creates data dictionaries where relevant to ensure program accessibility and continuity.
Evaluates available data in the context of program and project goals and utilizes most appropriate data for analytical purposes.
Work individually or collaborate in performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, data quality assurance, and developing graphics and reports based on the analysis of formative and summative program statistics of relevant data sets.
Develops and advises on effective methods and systems to capture data in a structured and secure format.
Analyzes scope, methods, resource requirements, and schedules for projects and supporting analyses.
