Strategic Planning Intern
Location: Washington, DC
Salary: $17/hour

What You'll Achieve:
- Undertake research and preparation of background analyses including collecting and collating relevant information on potential partners.
- Work with program areas to identify powerful evidence, data, and results that demonstrate the value of NLC strategic partnerships.
- Support communication and dissemination of information on strategic partnerships including the development of materials and briefings.
- Assist with logistics for meetings, events, and prepare meeting notes to file, and undertake follow-up actions as needed.
- Support the updating of internal relationship management tracking tools.
- Manage file structure of strategic partnership docs.

- Conducting outreach and building partnerships with other organizations or people
- Communication
Nice to Haves:
- Technical: Adobe, Microsoft Suite, Any CRM knowledge (nice to have)
- Research Skills
- Excellent organizational, inter-personal, communication (writing) and administrative skills
- Ability to manage diverse and complex tasks, with tight deadlines,
- Background in marketing or business development
