CCJS Career & Internship Fair - March 6

The Criminal Justice Student Association and the University Career Center at the University of Maryland, College Park would like to cordially invite you to participate in the annual Criminal Justice Career and Internship Fair which will take place on Tuesday, March 6th from 10:00AM-3:00PM in the Grand Ballroom of the Student Union.  The purpose of the Criminal Justice Career and Internship Fair is to provide a networking opportunity for students and alumni interested in full-time, part-time, and internship positions within the criminal justice field.  It is also a chance for students to see what is in the field and gain invaluable information about various agencies where they could potentially work upon graduation.

Find an Internship at the Spring Career and Internship Fair Workshop

Location: 3100 Hornbake Library, University Career Center & The President's Promise
Learn how to find an internship and how to make the most of your time at the Fair! Many employers will be looking specifically for interns, so come by this workshop and learn how to maximize your chances at landing an internship for summer. Want an effective resume? Think you would benefit from employer feedback before you apply for a job? Come learn about ways to improve your resume and get feedback from industry professionals about what they look for in a resume. Online registration in advance is the best way to be sure you are seen at your preferred time (you can choose a 30 minute slot based on availability). However, we will take same-day walk-ins on a first come, first serve basis to fill any empty slots. There is no guarantee that you will be able to walk in and be seen at that time.
