Have you always wanted to build a LinkedIn profile? Are you
looking for ways to make your profile stand out from the rest? Whether you are
new to LinkedIn or not, come join us to learn how to best utilize this powerful
media platform. We’ll show you how to
jump-start your engagement with this networking community to explore internship
and job opportunities. We can also assist you in building your LinkedIn
presence or provide feedback on your existing profile.
*Note: bring your laptop or tablet to use when developing
your profile. (Several computers available on a first come, first serve basis.)
No prior familiarity with LinkedIn is required.

On the final Friday of each month during the regular
academic year, our Center is offering free professional head shots for graduate
and undergraduate University of Maryland students! Photos will be taken in the Resource Room and each session will last
about 3-5 minutes. Scheduled appointments will occur between 11:00 a.m. and
1:30 p.m. Walk-ins will be accepted between 1:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
