2023 SECU MD Foundation Scholarship Program
Since the program’s inception in 2007, SECU and the SECU MD Foundation have awarded more than $930,000 in scholarships to more than 300 SECU members and their families pursuing higher education. It is part of SECU’s ongoing commitment to support the continuous learning and educational needs of those they serve. This year, the program will surpass $1 million in scholarship awards to our members!
Applicant Eligibility
- Applicants must be a SECU member in good standing. Parental SECU membership does not qualify an applicant for the Scholarship Program. Learn more about becoming a member.
- Applicants must be attending a 2 or 4-year college, university, trade, or technical school for the fall semester for either undergraduate or post-graduate work.
- Application must be completed by the student seeking scholarship funds. Parents cannot apply on behalf of their children.
Applications are being accepted now through May 5, 2023 for members who are attending a college or university, community college, or trade school for their undergraduate, post-graduate, or certificate program for the 2023-2024 academic year.
