HIGHLIGHTED CAREER EVENTS:

Create a Careers4Terps Search Agent to receive internship and job opportunities based on your interests in FIVE EASY STEPS!
The Careers4Terps (C4T) Search Agent allows students to save criteria for commonly run searches and schedule email updates for positions that match their interests. Set up your Search Agent today to review opportunities for the summer/fall/spring or to research which employers post in C4T to reach UMD students and alumni!  Contact the University Career Center & The President's Promise with questions at 301-314-7225.
 1. Login to C4T at www.Careers.umd.edu and complete your profile (if prompted).
2. On the C4T homepage, select “Set Up Search Agents” listed on the right side of the webpage.
3. Check the box next to “Save as” and enter a name for your search. You may have many saved searches if you are interested in several different fields or type of employment (i.e. PSYC Internships or Nonprofit Jobs).
4. Select the attributes for your search (major, position type, key word, etc.).  HINT: Select only a few attributes to get started and if you are overwhelmed with the results, you can always select more attributes to filter through the results later. Don’t forget to click “Submit” at the bottom.
5. Now that you have a saved search, set up the Search Agent to email you positions matching your attributes.  Select the “Search Agents” tab and click “Schedule” to assign the frequency in which you would like to receive alerts.
