Spring 2015 America Reads*America Counts Application

Adele H. Stamp Student Union - Center for Campus LifeAmerica Reads*America Counts, which is part of Stamp Student Union, is a mentoring/tutoring program where UMD students work weekly to improve literacy and math skills of PG County elementary school students.

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic college students who love working with kids and want to give back to their community. AR*AC is a great way to meet new friends, develop leadership skills, and gain resume-building experience!

Students can volunteer, receive academic or internship credit, or, if eligible for Federal Work Study, can be paid to work with our program! Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until January 28, 2015 at 5:00 PM. Visit http://www.arac.umd.edu to learn more and to apply.
