The trip will include a welcome from the Inspector General (an alumnus of UMD/ARHU), an overview of the law enforcement field and tours of facilities such as the crime scene investigation room, firearms library, DNA lab and more. Trip Time: 8:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Please
plan to meet in the lobby of the University Career Center & The
President's Promise (3100 Hornbake Library, South Wing) at 8:45 am. We
will depart promptly by bus and return to campus by 12:30 pm. You will
be asked to sign a waiver prior to departure and you must be 18 years or
older to consent. Please dress in business casual attire. Lunch will
not be provided, so you may want to bring a snack for the bus ride back
to campus.
