Opportunities to Develop your Leadership Skills - Deadlines approaching!

Leadership is one of the top attributes employers look for on resumes, yet less than 30% of UMD students have engaged in leadership training. Stand out from the rest by participating in this spring's leadership programs. Register today by logging into OrgSync and going to the Maryland LEAD page

Terrapin Leadership Institute (TLI) is a five week leadership development program that engages students in hands-on activities and critical dialogue. TLI sessions take place on multiple nights of the week with 4 different tracks to choose from: Introductory, Scholars, Plus, and Student Organizations.
Date: Once a week from February 26th - April 4th | Location: Stamp Student Union

Maryland Leadership Advance is a one-day developmental conference for students with prior leadership roles and experience. Participants will engage in discussion and activities on the temptations of leadership, leadership myths, and barriers to change while looking towards leadership in professional and community settings outside of UMD.
Date: Saturday, March 9th | Location: Stamp Student Union
