Interested in Teaching? Consider the MCERT Program!

Interested in pursuing teaching as a career and are you interested in pursuing a Masters Certification Program? The College of Education is holding MCERT information sessions this fall! 

The Master’s Certification Program (MCERT) is a one-year graduate-level teacher preparation program that leads to elementary, middle school, secondary or preK-12 teacher certification and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree. Grade level/content area specializations include Art, Dance, Elementary Education, English, Mathematics, Middle School Math and Science, Physical Education, Secondary Sciences (Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Earth/Space Science, Physics), Social Studies, TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), and World Languages (Chinese, French, German, Italian, Latin, Russian, Spanish).

If you are interested in learning more about the MCERT program, please register for an information session.  The information sessions will be held on Wed, Oct 23 from 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM and Tues, Oct 29 from 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM.
