Teach For America Event - 'Intertwining Policy and Equity in Baltimore'

Join Teach for America to learn how students and professionals keep an equity focus in their policy careers in the Baltimore areas. During this virtual panel and networking opportunity you'll have the chance to network with leaders in education and with students from the surrounding area. 

This one-hour virtual event will explore the connections between teaching and starting a career in policy, with a focus on Baltimore. Students will hear from TFA alumni and staff, and connect with like-minded individuals at the follow-up community dinner. Additionally, students learn how teaching in Baltimore allows them to make an impact more quickly and effectively, and leave feeling inspired to join our community and make a difference.

This event is taking place in two parts. The first is a virtual panel focused on key policy players in the Baltimore area. The second part is a community dinner (with dinner taken care of by TFA!) in your respective area - either DC or Baltimore.
