Intelligence Analyst
Location: Various
Salary: $41,966 – $66,731

Major Duties:
- Review FBI communications to identify and evaluate the intelligence information therein.
- Prepare and disseminate intelligence information while protecting sources and investigations through correct document classification and controls.
- Communicate with various internal and external law enforcement and Intelligence Community(IC) members to gain a better understanding of sources, operations, missions, and requirements.
- Basic analysis to include collation of raw, primary, and secondary data derived from various sources such as automated data base systems, operational intelligence reports, miscellaneous communications, case files, internal and external automation systems, and other sources.
- May participate in interagency committees and meetings as representatives.
- Evaluates incoming reports and information, and performs interpretations and projections under the guidance of senior analysts.
- Prepares basic to complex descriptive and current reportorial intelligence reports to higher-level analysts and superiors in their assigned area of responsibility.
- Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, executive orders, and directives promulgated by the Congress, Attorney General, and the Director of the FBI, to achieve goals and objectives.
