Become a PAL: Mentor/Tutor students & Obtain International Certification

Interested in helping your peers, gaining hands-on training and experience, honing communication and leadership skills, and becoming a certified mentor or tutor?

The Peer Assisted Learning Program (PAL) in Learning Assistance Service (LAS) is for YOU!  PALs participate in a comprehensive training and assist fellow students improve study skills, gain confidence in scholastic abilities, and provide tips and techniques for academic success.

PALs have the opportunity to receive official LAS Certification and/or College Reading & Learning Association (CRLA)'s International Mentor Training Program Certification (IMTPC). PALs can receive 1 or 3 upper-level credits.
