Planning to go abroad for Spring 2016? Are you a Pell Grant recipient? If so, please consider applying to this excellent scholarship opportunity, which is available to UMD Pell Grant students. The Benjamin A. Gilman InternationalScholarship awards up to $5000 to help fund study abroad opportunities. In the last two years, over 60 UMD students have received this highly competitive award!

- Applying for a study abroad program that is at least 4 weeks long
This is a highly competitive scholarship which requires advanced planning with Education Abroad and the National Scholarships Office, so if you are interested in applying please do the following:
- Meet with an Education Abroad Regional Advisor to plan their study abroad for spring 2016
