Intern for a Day connects undergraduate students with
alumni, parents, employers and community partners for one day
internship/shadowing experiences (some sites may be open to more than one day).
During your visit, you may accompany your host to meetings,
participate in informational interviews with other staff members or work on
small projects. We hope this short-term experience will help you clarify your
career interests and explore the world of work.
In fall 2015, we matched 380+ students with an Intern for a Day
host. A wide variety of career fields
and industries are represented in the Intern for a Day program.
