Northrop Grumman is looking for a Paralegal to:

  • Performs review and comment of agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, subcontracts and contracts
  • Assists business with legal and regulatory compliance
  • Supports program firewalls and firewall training
  • Processes subpoenas
  • Gathers and analyzes information
  • Conducts legal research and resolves routine legal questions under the direction of an attorney
  • Assists in document collections
  • Maintains records of activities within the group
  • Interacts with all levels of management at both corporate and sector level

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have a High School diploma with a minimum of 4 years of additional education and/or experience as a paralegal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance and influence multiple competing priorities and individuals.
  • Ability to exercise strong judgment with integrity at all times in execution of responsibilities.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as project management, analytical, planning, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in government or commercial contracts and paralegal support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a law-related discipline or a paralegal certificate
  • Completion of or participation in attorney assistant or paralegal education/training.
