The IRB approved study (IRB# 2191687) requires participants to complete a 30-minute survey about race-related stress, criminal-legal stigma, and mental health. Respondents will receive a $20 gift card for completing the online survey. Individuals are eligible to participate in this study if they meet the following criteria:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Self-identify as Black or Latino/x
- Have previously had contact with the criminal-legal system (e.g., have previously been arrested, spent time in jail or prison, etc.)
