Conferences & Visitor Services is the one-stop shop for holding meetings, conferences, and events on campus. Each summer, C&VS coordinates services to over 130 programs including youth groups, competitions and athletic camps, conferences, meetings of professional associations and educational programs, workshops, seminars, and campus-wide multi-function events. We coordinate a full range of campus services including meeting space reservations, catering, on-campus lodging, and meal plans in the dining halls. Conferences & Visitor Services is looking for future leaders to work with us on campus. We provide free housing during the summer, competitive wages, and management experience.
