Inspired to Serve Summer Internship Program
Application Deadline: April 11, 2016
Living Classrooms Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to strengthen communities and inspire young people to achieve their potential, has put introduced eight summer internships that will help students gain leadership skills, community outreach experience, and so much more. Interns will recieve a stipend for their particpation. 

Legal Internship through Graduate Student Legal Aid Office
The Graduate Student Legal Aid Office at UMD is looking for talented students for its Undergraduate Fall 2016 Internship Program.  The GLAO provides free legal information, referrals and brief assistance to UMCP graduate students on a wide range of both off-campus and university matters.  Interns will earn 3 credit hours through the EDCP386 course and hands-on experience.  Learn more an apply at gradlegalaid.umd.edu.

Are you dedicated to making an impact in the world?  Are you looking for opportunities that align with your passion?  Apply now to join the Beyond the Classroom Living-Learning Program!  As part of BTC, you gain an interdisciplinary foundation and apply your skills in civic engagement and social change in a global context across 3 courses (7 credits).  Past students have interned in locations such as, Children's National Medical Center, the Sierra Club, the AIDS Institute, Bread for the World, and many more!  Students also lead change in local communities.
