Program and Research Analysts join our company to support mission-critical projects while also helping to strategically grow the company. This is a great role for someone who has 1-3 years of work experience in program research and data analytics, wants a career in consulting and analytics, and is looking for fast growth. Analysts work in a fun, collaborative team on challenging mission-critical projects - translating ideas into action. Ideal candidates bring an innovation mindset, experience in consulting.

Arc Aspicio is currently working a hybrid work environment where work will be performed at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and, as approved, remotely on a part time basis. All candidates must live in the Washington, DC area at time of employment

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop logic models, performance measures, and data collection programs
  • Analyze performance measures and other data using tools such as Excel macros, SPPS, ArcGIS, Access
  • Communicate research and analytical findings verbally and in writing to a variety of audiences
  • Provide training and technical assistance to federal staff and constituents on relevant subject matter, including specific justice topics and systems related issues
  • Join our consulting practice to support projects and company growth initiatives, managing multiple workstreams at one time
  • Collaborate with our clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service and achieving mission results
  • Apply excellent consulting, research, business analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
  • Develop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to our company culture, which promotes client-focused teamwork, learning, and helping others to grow and develop 

 Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis, visualization software (such as Tableau), and performance measures
  • Significant work experience in justice systems and programs and a strong understanding of the Federal grant lifecycle
  • Direct experience with client and stakeholder engagement (including senior-level leaders) and delivering work products for clients in a complex stakeholder environment
  • Proven to be flexible and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills and strong leadership potential
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
  • Technologically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools (SharePoint preferred)
  • Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
  • Clearance: US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship) / ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in social science research or related area
