Year-Round Internships | Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency

Student Non-Paid Internship Program

The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) offers students and volunteers excellent non-paid opportunities to enhance their professional work experience.

The primary goal of the CSOSA Student/Volunteer Non-Paid Internship Program is to provide relevant, meaningful, and professional workplace experiences for students or volunteers interested in pursuing careers related, but not limited, to criminal justice, probation, parole, professional counseling, or social services.

Based in our nation’s capital, CSOSA is a federal agency with a distinctly local mission to effectively supervise adults under our jurisdiction to enhance public safety, reduce recidivism, support the fair administration of justice, and promote accountability, inclusion, and success through the implementation of evidence-based practices in close collaboration with our criminal justice partners and the community.

Interning at CSOSA is an invaluable opportunity that provides hands-on experience and hones skills that can enhance future academic and professional endeavors.
