Have you previously participated in Terps for Change (T4C) and want to help develop its programs? Then apply to be a Terps for Change Coordinator!
Terps for Change Coordinators are the student leaders who put our programs into action.
- Site Leads oversee volunteering logistics and maintain communication with community partners.
- Dialogue Leads plan and facilitate weekly dialogues that serve as meaningful reflection, education, and community-building opportunities.
- Pop-Up Coordinators engage with student organizations across campus to expand their understanding of community dialogues by exploring social issues, social identity, inclusion, and community voice.
Coordinators must commit to one semester in their role.

About Terps for Change:
Terps for Change (T4C) is an eight-week, semesterly program in which volunteers, led by student coordinators, perform hands-on community service once a week and participate in weekly dialogues with other volunteers.
Partnered organizations address issues such as:
- Age & Ageism
- Education
- Environmental Conservation
- Food Justice & Hunger
- Socioeconomic Inequity
